この研究会は，世界の若手経済地理学者向けの研究合宿で，
同世代の研究者と切磋琢磨する良い機会です。
若手参加者は発表の必要はなく，
主として著名経済地理学者のテーマトークを拝聴することになります。
海外学会で発表するのに少し躊躇がある方は，
このSummer Instituteで知り合いを作っておくとたいへん気楽になります。
過去に日本からも参加実績があります。
